NGA ITEMS

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) has developed the ITEMS program to meet expanding mission requirements given current and future budgetary constraints. The ITEMS program will implement an enterprise-wide managed services approach to IT via several interrelated, performance-based contracts.

These ITEMS contracts will replace a number of existing contracts, including ITIS, AIT and DCS2, beginning in 2013.

The first contract RFP – for transport services – was recently released. L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS) is looking for mission-focused IT professionals with experience in network support.
