Reserve Component Automation (RCA)
L-3 National Security Solutions (NSS) is among the largest divisions of global defense leader, L-3. We provide cybersecurity, intelligence, and next-generation IT services and solutions to the Intelligence Community; the Department of Defense; U.S. federal civilian, state and local government agencies; and international customers.
NSS was awarded and began work on the Army PEO-EIS Reserve Component Automation (RCA) contract in 2013. RCA is a mission-critical program supporting the Reserve Component, consisting of the Army Reserve and Army National Guard.
