Mentor-Protégé

Our Small Business Office has been an active participant in DoD and civilian Mentor-Protégé programs since 1997. These programs help us foster strategic relationships in the small business community and build stronger partnerships with our valued federal customers. We are firmly committed to promoting small business success in the federal contracting environment and have developed an in-depth program to support the specific needs of our protégés.

Our mentorship program begins with a needs analysis and includes the following areas:

 

• Technology transfer
• Customer relationship management
• ISO 9000, PMI, CMMI, ITIL and training and certification
• Business development and marketing campaigns/marketing assistance
• Financial advice and assistance
• Executive management education and training
